Pricing Policy
All merchandise prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
Typographical, photographic, or descriptive errors are subject to correction.
This catalog supersedes all previous AgroTrade Solutions Inc catalogs and price lists.

Product Warranty
Products sold by AgroTrade Solutions Inc carry the warranty provided by the original manufacturer or supplier for their specified warranty period.
AgroTrade Solutions Inc does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

Special Orders
Some items listed in our catalog or website may not be regularly stocked.
Non-stock Special Order items are not returnable.

Back-Orders
Certain items may occasionally be temporarily back-ordered due to supplier availability or other circumstances outside our control.
Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available, either from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer/supplier.

Returns
To return new, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days, you must contact AgroTrade Solutions Inc for:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA)

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be in new condition, unless being returned for warranty inspection.
  • Returns (excluding warranty and shipping-error returns) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if received within 30 days.
  • Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion with a restocking fee greater than 15%.
  • No C.O.D. returns accepted.

Shortages and Claims
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.
If any part of your shipment is missing or damaged, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier.
